Appearance:
Very old polished mahogany heart with a yellow-brown edge.

Nose:
Fine, aged-sherry qualities partnering a dark fruit base, which is well paired with a coffee mocha charm. Elegant with fine balance.

Palate:
Poached pears and prunes structured around a central foundation of sherry and bitter chocolate shavings.
