High West Rye 21 Year Old

American Rye Whiskey
Distillery Bottling 70cl / 46%

High West 21 year old as with the 16yo this is matured in refill casks and has a much higher proportion of Rye (over 80%) in the mashbill than most other distilleries would use. Wonderfully intense, aromatic, warming and spicy. Terrific whiskey.
