Another super unctuous, earthy, rich and immensely classic Macallan that reeks of dark fruits, chocolate, balsamico, rancio and all kinds of ancient cognacs and herbal liqueurs. A masterly whisky that reminds you of why this distillery has garnered such a reputation over the years. Once again this is up for a fraction of the price of an official alternative.
